I'm going through some Russian Offices in the Turkish Empire stamps and have come across one of the locals (Scott #111). What is the name of the city on that thing? It's written in stylized Cyrlic (sp?). I can figure out the others, i.e. Ierusalem actually means Jerusalem. I've spent a lot of time searching and can't find it. Is it a city in Bulgaria?

My best guess based on the catalogue listings is "Mont Atho" / Mount Athos.

Only Cyrillic lettering used on Russian Offices in the Ottoman Empire was Mont Athos.
The 1st letter looks like a "C" followed by a "."
