They are Scott 720 from the booklet pane of 6 (Scott 720b).

tomiseksj Thanks. I don't have a Scott's Catalog and the Mystic catalog doesn't show any Booklets for 720. Neither does the P.O. Catalog.

I found the 2011 Scott's catalog at or local Library. It doesn't list this stamp as a BKLT either so what is going on? It only lists 720 as regular issue. Perforated Horizontal and Perforated Vertical. Is this something Scott's missed?

The Booklets are only listed in the Scotts Specialized catalog.

This is how the booklet pane is listed in the Scott Specialized Catalog. Ignore the values, as they only pertain to an intact booklet pane of 6. Single used stamps from the booklet pane are valued at catalog minimum of $0.20:
