https://goscf.com/t/14487&whichpage=1The Mystic Heirloom Album seems to be the most popular given it's low price. If you're into high priced, valuable stamps, then Scott is certainly much better, but it also comes at a hefty price.
I bought a Mystic Heirloom 3-volume album with D-ring loose leaf pages at only $38.95, plus $11.75 S&H, for a total of $50.70 delivered to your door. If you order it under Stock #M8104, you get 200 "free" used US stamps. In my experience, about 10% of the "free" stamps were faulty, but at no extra cost, you can't really complain.
Here's the link for the Mystic Heirloom:
http://www.mysticstamp.com/viewProd...sp?sku=M8104The worst complaint about the Mystic products seem to be the poor quality loose leaf binders, but you can replace them at any stationery store or hobby shop with better quality products at a fraction of the price of what Mystic charges for the better quality binders.
By the way, I also have an old Harris Liberty Album. It works, but the 2-post oversized pages do not lend itself well for laying flat on a table, and the updated pages can get pricey. Also, I recently bought one of the newer Harris albums (now sold by Whitman Publishing) only to find that they had printed spaces for stamps on both sides of the pages, rather than just single sided, which I did not care for.
