Have two stamps similar to the ones of the bottom. They read Comvne Di Rimini/Diritti Di Segreteria. What are these? Some kind of local post maybe? Any Ideas?

According to the Google translator it is Italian for "Municipality of Rimini"

I found this picture on ebay. Its the only one I've ever been able to find.

I believe these are local revenue stamps. There are lots of these from towns and cities across Italy.
