Hi All,
I've been researching this Revenue...In Scotts I've IDed it as R115 with a value of under a $1. I did notice however that it lists a high value for one with a punch cancel. Can someone make my day and tell me I have one of these? A cut cancel is also listed but I'm guessing that is the cancel I've seen with a series of slits cut into the stamp not actual holes. Thanks!

Hi Lorrlis, I think you're looking at a higher value for the 50c value with a punch cancel if it has an inverted center.

The R115 is one of the most common 2nd issue Revenue stamps, and even though common, it's still a beautiful stamp. IMO, the 2nd Issue Revenues are the most beautiful stamps ever printed by the US, especially the Persian Rugs (the $200 and $500 values). But for something a little more attainable, check out the detail on the $20 value, R129. I don't own it, but hope to down the road sometime....

Hope this helps, Ray
