I'm still scanning and have this block of 6 with the "KOPRA" variety. What's interesting are the stamps surrounding this variety and the "progression" to the error? Not sure if thats what these are or not.

Looks like the first stamp is definitely the KORPA plate flaw. According to the Scott Specialized Catalog, it occurred only in some panes and only at position 26 of the sheet of 50 stamps.

I just saw a sheet on ebay that claims to have the error, though not shown.
