Hi, I do not see the cap on the left 2.
I would like to say that I have come across some stamps that had a part-of-line watermark that looked single, but must have been a double in disguise.
The image is fuzzy, but if there is a special heavy hairline mark, this would make this stamp a type 4(#279 class in 1898 New Colors group), and not just a type 3.
It looks rose-carmine in color, so I would say that this is a scott #279bc.
