Thanks spanishmoss. No I have never had an email rejected that I know of because the file was too large. I went to my server and cleared my inbox so Please try again. If it still rejects because of size. Maybe somebody on "SCF" with more Computer knowledge that me will be able to tell me what to do. Maybe there is some setting I'm unaware of. I just checked preferencres and search and cannot find anyhting that restricts size. Help somebody??? Anybody???

spanishmoss. I went to "Ask Jeeves" and "Ask" says you may have to compress the presentation into a Zip File in order to email it. I am not sure what that all means. "Ask" says some servers limit the size you can send and some servers limit the size they will accept. So it could be your server rejecting the presentation or my server.

All right..... there were 108 slides.

I pulled out the transportation ones and just sent them.

Hopefully, that will work!

Got them at 11:09 p.m. last night. Thanks spanishmoss! GREAT! Now. Can you send the other slides too I didn't know you could pull them out like that once a presentation was made. I had thought about that and wondered if it was possible. I guess if you create it you can do that though, but if you copy and paste it's like sending a picture. You can't modify it. The presentation is Fabulous. Thanks again. You sure have a Great Collection and did a Fabulous job. I have gotten PP attachments before with as many as 58 slides in it so I cannot imagine why it kept rejecting your original attempts.

Yeah! I'm glad they finally got to you.

The rest of the slides are not about transportation. The ones I sent were actually pulled from a presentation I did for the Boy Scout merit badge program. One of their requirements is to explain how mail is transported. The rest of the slides are their other requirements- history of the postal system, stamp terminology, how to collect, what to collect, etc.

My mistake, I thought you were talking about something like this.

artlaunier Thanks. I was, and really trying to focus on some themes as well as layouts. Just looking for ideas and examples from anyone who has made displays before. I like yours too. You did a great job. I could just put a bunch of mixed stamps in a picture frame but I was really looking for more? Exactly what? I don't know since I have never done one before.

spanishmoss could you send me the rest of the presentations in an email like you did the transportation slides? I could save them for future display references. If you need my email address I'll PM it back to you. Thanks again. Chuck
