In collecting Se-tenants I ran across these examples and I wondered why in this capitalistic country I live in these stamps are not more issued.
Advertising with a Se-tenant. A no, no? because of the government?

Here are two examples from Belgium.

The greatest success for postal advertising has been as se tenants and booklets and have been a mainstay of postal issues of Western European countries such as Germany, France and Belgium for many years.

Anybody has any examples?

Oddly enough Fifia, a lot of countries do issue advertising labels on stamps. France and Germany just to name a couple more and there are plenty more countries out there who do.

Bujutsu, thanks for your comment.

Here is the only one I found from Germany. This VW is a Cinderella
and not attached to a stamp like this Se-tenant from Belgium.

Do you have any examples? I checked all US stamps I have and came up
with nothing.

The UK had these in booklets some time ago. Complete with phosphor banding. Other examples advertised various stamp vendors or insurance companies.

Here are the ESSO ones without the se-tenant stamps.
