Is this stamp a common stamp. In the batch of old stamps I have there seem to be a lot these. Can anyone tell me something about this stamp?
What do you think the condition is?

Yes, very common. It is a US postage due stamps J82 used scarlet color. Condition looks ok, I would rate it F-VF.
