Sorry, I'm of no help wrt these last three. My catalog does show some POW cards from the Far East but nothing for the European theatre. The forces envelop might not be "postal stationery" since looks like it doesn't come with franking but is "just" an unfranked wrapper. And the last is "just" a nice envelop.
Later in the day, I'll knock off the rest of the list.
I'll have to complete my findings tomorrow now. We've had a no power most of the day and I've been running trying to help with the situation. Now I'm too tired to do anything.
