perfins are common (probably New-York Stock Exchange)?

I have a Washinton 9 cents with perfins like that and I don't find information about that.

Yes, NYSE is New York Stock Exchange perfin used 1926-1971 rated-F most common. BTW, looking at your pictures I liked the Philippines overprint the best :)
