Your link says there are five possible handstamps; I seem to recall my notes topped out at four. I'll have to take another look.

To save trawling through the rather lengthy worldwide revenue thread, I'll put two contributions toward your topical right here:

1936 Mexico federal revenue:



and an example of the Rosario, in this case from 1914:



The Mexican revenue was a tax on the "transaction" itself, while the Rosarios were collected for a checkup procedure, so depending on how you define your topical, both might, or might not, fit.
