Polish Legion in Italy, circa 1946? The low values of the earlier set were overprinted, including a facsimile of Roosevelt's signature. I think you have all five.

I first saw this link in discussions on the Bidstart website.

I understand there's doubt as to whether the overprinted stamps were officially authorised.
