Although these stamps were previously announced with no firm date of issue, USPS's Beyond the Perf has just revised their web site to show the following dates of issue now confirmed for:

Forever (45c) Four Flags Stamps - To be Issued February 22, 2012 in Washington, DC

$5.15 Sunshine Skyway Priority Mail Stamp - To be Issued February 28, 2012 in St. Petersburg, FL. (I believe this represents a location change, as it is listed in USA Philatelic for issue in Bradenton, FL.)

$18.95 Carmel Mission Express Mail Stamp - To be issued February 28, 2012 in Carmel CA.

This link shows the page with the date changes noted above:

The February 9, 2012 issue of The Postal Bulletin has been released early and is now posted on the USPS website. It contains the technical details for all of the previously announced issues, however, it seems that NONE of these stamps will be automatically distributed to post offices for the day of issue. Post Offices will have to specially order their required inventory.

As for the Forever Four Flag Stamps (the ones I would be most interested in) it sounds like the SFS will be the best source to purchase them early, as there is further indication post offices are being advised to deplete their stock of the present Lady Liberty/Flag stamps and that stamp distribution offices will continue to ship Lady Liberty/Flag Stamps to post offices until inventories are depleted, before the Four Flag Stamps start going into nationwide circulation.

For more reading on these issues, check out pages 55-62 at this link:
