if you need to get an opinion on weather it's a single or double line then I would say YES ABSOLUTELY but just know that some are very difficult anyhow as one only gets a small fragment of the watermark per stamp and sometimes you get the whole thing! So it's really a matter of opinion at that point and a clear cut "Yes" or "No" answer is right out. Hope this helps out some! Good luck and have fun brother!

Color variations of the pre-1900 US Stamps especially Reds and shades of Red can frankly be a nightmare :)
