The new guides are out at the P.O. now. I got mine today. It's still $19.95. It's the 38th Edition.

I have one, too. It's a good quick reference when I don't want to thumb through the Scott Specialized Catalog.

The format can take some getting used to, as the layout is a bit odd. I've never seen a catalog where they put the Confederate States of America and Newspaper Stamp listings BEFORE US Air Mail, Special Delivery and Postage Due stamps.

If you have a brick and mortar Barnes & Noble, they have the Scott Pocket Catalog (2012) version, as well as the HE Harris US & BNA Catalog (2012) in the collectables section.

I have an older USPS "Guide to Stamps" and I use it along side my specialized catalog. It uses the same numbering and pricing as the Scott Catalog yet the layout (text one one page, images on another) makes it, in my opinion, easier to quick reference. I recommend it though the only caveat is the cheap plastic binding.
