Rod, the second item is most likely "... chemins de fer", maybe the type is damaged around that part. I think "Billet Simple" (vertical, left) means "single ticket" or "one way".

Thanks Tom,
I thought it couldn't be an "F" for chemins de fer.
but I'll take your proposal.

On the one way ticket
I googled Dassett, breehout, steenburg etc
but wiki wasn't responding
hence the query

I guess you need to be more careful with the spelling as it should be Dasselt, Breedhout and Steenberg -- all in Belgium.

Interestingly, none of these towns come up through Wiki, so you have to depend on other web sites to lead you through the geography.

Rod, I've found a little bit more. I think it is highly likely that the organisation name at bottom right is:

"Société Nationale des chemins de fer vicinaux"

Which is indeed Belgian. There is a Wiki entry for it in French, the English page refers to "Vicinal tramway". Wiki is currently ok from here.

Thanks wt1
I did have the spelling right, but went on memory
on SCF, and got 100%...wrong
Usually Wiki brings up the most tiny towns globally
I'mm surprised it missed all 3.

So Tom, I have a Belgian Tram ticket

Thanks, I'll keep that, a nice bit of nonsense to
place with my Belgian Railway Parcel stamps.

"ding! ding! next stop Dasselt"

Here's the route (roughly of course) that could be taken with this specific ticket. A bunch of smaller towns to the southwest of Brussels...

A = Halle/Hal (the first four stops)
B = Pepinghen
C = Leerbeek
D = Oetinghen
E = Denderwindeke
F = Ninove

The third item reminds me of those gummed paper strips, used by the IWW French Military Censorship to close the opened letters, with the handstamp. "Ouvert par l'Autorité Militaire" (open by the Military Authority) and the number of the censor inside the oval.

A little more info on the tram line. This ticket was to be used on line 111, which started at around 1906...
