Advice please

SG has this stamp valued at 25 pounds sterling used (48 sterling mint).

Would the addition of it being on piece / postcard, with a nice cancel increase its value?

SN: (15-14) SG 2198
Title: 1964 Peonies (Wei Purples)
Value: 43 fen
Size: 26.5*36 mm

Also Scott value anyone?

TIA

I would imagine so as cover value is usually higher than used value. I'm sure there is a Catalog that shows it but I can't remember the name of it.

Thanks for that info. I guess these can only go up in value - they do seem to be fairly rare.

Is anyone able to read that date on the postmark?
