Filename aa.PNG File names must use only valid characters

This pops up when I try to post something?

What am I doing wrong?

I posted how many times now? Am I banned from posting?

Fifia - You need to convert the .png file to a .jpg file

You can't post .png files. Images must be .gif or .jpg.

The other thing you can do is host the images elsewhere and embed them here using IMG tags. That's what I usually do.
