A Mustache Question

I am sorting my German stamps and I found this article between my papers which is from Jun4, 2007. Reading it again and looking at the Third Reich stamps, I have a question. I only have stamps of Hitler from his right side of the face. Are there any others?

There are, indeed. Unless someone beats me to it, I'll post some photos when I get home. There are a few I can think of that show his left side.

One shows him (torso on up) standing at a podium (1939), another shows him with another person (1941 profile of heads only), and one other is an unadorned profile shot (1941). There may be more, but these are what I remember off the top of my head.

There's also the souvenir sheets from 1937 that are 3/4 profile shots of the right side & front of his face, and a stamp showing him patting a little girl on the head.

This style of mustache was called the toothbrush mustache (amonge other names) and was very popular in the late nineteenth, early twentieth centuries. Charlie Chaplin, of course - though his was just make-up, Oliver Hardy, and many others sported one.
Mr. Hitler kind of spoiled it for the rest of them, I think.

Hi to all

Jeffrey Kennett a former Victoria Australia Premier used to have his hair styled like Hitler's but I do not know if he ever wore the moustache. I do not think he has ever been on a postage stamp though.
