Found this one to be a bit different and unique. Must have been the equivalent of our junk mail. I can't find anything from the date but being as it's for War bonds puts it in the 1942-1944 area as the Prexies were released in 1938.
"Hasten the Day" was a US Treasury Dept. ad from 1944 according to this website which, by the way, has a whole image collection of interesting war period advertising (a/k/a propoganda advertising):
It absolutely HAS to be right near the end of the war as that is when Roosevelt conceived of the unconditional surrender for Hirohito <?? (May not have got the name or spelling correct)
