Hello all, I bought a giant lot of glassiness the other day. One glassine was titled Roman States. This was the only stamp in that envelope. Can you help me ID this stamp. I saw similar stamps on ebay, but they were in sets and in worse condition with tears and silver fish bites. If anyone could tell me the scott number, value, or any other information or history it would be greatly appreciated, here is the stamp. Thanks all!

It look like Roman states 1868 Scott #22 black and orange vermilion. In 2007 the value is $4.00. Perforation should be 13. If perf. is 11.5 it's a private reprint. I'm no expert nor I collect these.
