US 1861 3c Rose??

Hi to all
Collecting early US issues is exciting, but I am a complete novice.
I have now got down to the part where I have sorted all the issues I have into the various issues.
Now comes the really hard part, actually assembling them into a catalogue order and mounting them on pages.(Mind you I could not resist buying an old world collection with a few more oldies, which will hopefully arrive next week)
However, I would appreciate any help with identifying the actual Scott number for this one. I love the nice clear and not too dark postmark as well.

#65 most likely but hopefully a more versed member on the board will speak up as these can be an area of special interest and study as there was a lot of them made in all sorts of different varieties.
