Apart from a slight color misregistration, can anyone tell what is going on with this stamp? It appears that Daffy's webbed foot shows either an ink smear or some other sort of damage to the printing. Is it truly a printing anomaly or is it after-the-fact damage that may have been done by some mailing equipment?
