I picked this up today at the monthly stamp bourse, It was mis-labeled as a ration book,not knowing what it was till I got home and did some searches did I discover what it is. If anybody cares to spread some knowledge on these have at it.
During the period, Germany had a compulsory health insurance system. A portion (initially 2/3, but later dropped to 1/2) of the contribution to the insurance fund was made by the citizen. These contributions were tracked by the use of medical insurance stamps.
Your first photo is a booklet for tracking payments using two-week medical insurance stamps.
The second is a contribution receipt listing income for the period, insurance office for the region, and employer.
Third appears to be the same for the same individual, but for the previous year (1941).
The last one is a sick note to be presented to the insurance office stating that the member was sick and unable to work from 31 Aug-18 Oct 1944.
