2nd and 3d stamp. They are probably usual, but I failed to find them in the Scot Specialized.

Also, I also hope that somebody will be able to tell me from which country is the first stamp on the scan (Spain?).

OK, found them in Forbin.

A 3rd on the scan should be:

14/ 1900 10c vert vif

and the 2nd on the scan is:

19/ 1901 10c vert

Very nice filip. I've never seen those Philippines before.
The first stamp is Columbia SC188 issued in 1901. The red overprint should be a chain that runs right across the stamp, but yours looks incomplete. It also exists with out the overprint.

Cut-squares from the envelopes, I think. The overprinted is from the time of Japanese occupation?

There is a catalog of Philippine revenues called the Warren catalog, which is available online. Being new here, I am not sure the link will appear. If you search google books for the Warren catalog it should show up.

The two Philippines cut squares are not revenues; they are listed in the Scott Specialized, #NU-2 and #U-30 respectively.
