Having problems deciding if this is offset printing or flat plate. The perforations are 11. I believe it is a 502 any help

That's odd, but is the bottom horizontal row of perforations not parallel to the other rows?

I did check the bottom horizontal row of perforation, It is not parallel to the above row. The 2 bottom stamps are larger and better centered.

Excellent help with the Rotary / Offset / Flat Plate site. I have always dreaded going through my Washington / Franklin stamps, but now will give it a go.
