This stamp was cataloged as a 358. I have checked the perforations, watermark and seems right. The paper color is not a obviously different color change when comparing to white paper. looks a little different. Any suggestions?

Thanks the links both were good! I have found the Washington Franklins to be challenging. I believe the only way to settle this is a live comparison. I am off to view a (Grayish Blue) Stamp. Wish me luck
