My father has 20 or so signed plate blocks from the 30's and later in his collection, by designer, engraver and letterer. I have been unable to find information about them, hope someone on this forum can help. Thanks.

The only thing that will help you find the answer would be pictures of the described. High resolution Photos or even better 1200 dpi scans. For the most part Plate blocks from the 1930's - 1960's are only good for postage, there are exceptions, but not many. But signatures could hold value, we'd love to see them.

There apparently is a market for these items, but a very specialized market, and I know of no specific catalog that would document values of such things, as most are rather unique and only available in limited quantities.
