Thank goodness you all are here. I am 42 and I have finally pulled out the two collections that I have aquired over the years. I am on the first page of my first collection and I have already been so confused on the first stamp. Some say it is a scotts #10 and I am learning it might be an #11. I'm sure you all can help. Page 2 has alot more that i'm sure I am going to have a brain hemmorage trying to figure them all out.
Could it be type II #26 ? Since it is perferated?

Chad, welcome to SCF. Your stamp is not #10 or #11 because it has perforations. I am not very experienced at identifying early US classics but I am leaning toward thinking your stamp is either #26 or #26A. I can't tell if your frame lines along the side of the stamp are continuous or broken at the horizontal perforations.
