Sorry guys the overprint may not be clear.The words in red reads as Habilitado and below it reads as Or $ 24.- Thanks.

Hi Selva,

The stamp is from the set of 1937

SG 488   Scott C107  2007 USD Mint .50 Used .35

I know you read the surcharge as "Or $ 24.-". Look again. It should be "en $ 24.-".

Thanks Jerry B. You are right it reads as en after closer observation. Was unable to read cos the red print is very light.
