I have Stamps over cardboard Envelope from UNO should I remove
stamps.

well maybe? if the stamps are of the classic period then absolutely not! BUT, if they are more modern and you would like a single to fill a gap then, yes! If they are the new self adhesive then you may want to reconsider, as their removal will probably damage them. A pic may be helpful here.

None of the Envelope would be of Pre 1974 all are after 1974...
I started arranging recently and saw all those stamps on Big envelopes
so I thought I would first ask question.
What do you mean classic for UNO stamps ? What period ?
UNO I started collecting in 1974. and they were always sending my orders
in these big Envelopes with the stamps on it. Definitely it will be for
single used collection. Mint,blocks,sheets are separate collection.
