Judging by the wording of the text under the picture and the one above the address it would seem that the cover was at least printed during WWII. The text under the graphic reads "Under the banner of Lenin, under the guidance of Stalin, forward, to the defeat of the German occupants and their expulsion beyond the borders of our motherland!" and the one above the address says "Death to the German occupants!"
It was addressed to a farm in the Voronezh region, but I can't figure out exactly where (either I'm not reading the writing right, or the place name itself has changed, which is quite frequent in Russia). Voronezh itself was under German control from July '42 until end of Jan. '43, not sure about the surrounding areas and whether this might exclude this time frame as the possible date sent. Anyway, it could have been sent after the war on an older card, who knows..
The sender and recipient have the same surname. Other than that, I don't know if the number o1144zh or 01144zh above the sender's name can be used to find out more about where from and when it was sent.
