USPS Facts And Figures (Error?)

This is taken from the USPS web site. Is this merely a typo?



I find it hard to believe that total post office visits increased by hundreds of billions between 2010 and 2011. I suspect the figure for 2011 should read 935.7 million (and not billion).

Just another piece of evidence to prove the USPS does not always reflect accurate numbers in their statistical and financial reporting.

Yeah, there's a typo, but not where you think. The "B" for billions is correct. It should read:

"Total Customer Complaints" instead of "Total Customer Visits"

2011 was a bumper year for complaints.
