These cinderellas are popping up with greater frequency and in greater numbers in the past few years with the increasing speculation in the PRC stamp market.
Some are authorized reproductions (they will lack denomination) that are of pretty good quality. But many of the more recent ones showing up are not authorized/official.
The former typically retail for roughly $5. They were distributed at some shows or to postal subscribers over the years, and will often acknowledge the original artist/designer/printer.
The latter "usually" are of decent print quality but of extremely poor perforation (crooked, off-center...) and usually pretty obviously scanned or pilfered from another source (e.g., magazine, high-res online picture...). These are nothing more than wallpaper (my opinion), and worth whatever you are willing to pay for them. That doesn't mean they are not collectible.
