I am getting ready to put together an APS circuit book of modern USA used off paper stamps 2000 thru 2011. This will include BOB airmails. My question is, should I ask for half the price of a used catalog price? Is that asking too much or is it to low an asking price?

Ray, 50 percent of catalog is not out of line nowadays ..the people who send in circuit books(i did once upon a time)have to pay postage, insurance, and a percentage to APS..that all comes out of the 50 percent of catalog !! phil
