Was scanning and found some sheets of Marilyn Monroe Sheets
Star Perforation missing. Two different area.

Top Left first row right (second star Missing )

fig-2





Left Third row Top (second Star missing )but in Scan you see
indentation.

I can go with the idea that the plate block has a missing star perf, but the example in figure 2 clearly has the outline of the star perf, it's just that it wasn't punched out (probably due to a clogged perforation cut).

wt1 I agree with you. Both type I have 10 sheets. Purchased from
same Philatelic Post Office. Fig-2 all 10 sheet though I was not able to see naked eye outline of perforation.After scanning all the sheets of fig-2 are same. we can see outline of perforation.
