Hi briguy,

It can be any of the following. Watermark and size is important to exactly identify the stamp.

Scott Data:
Illustration: A109 Tehuana Indian

Cat# Description Size Wmk Print Perf
708 2c green 20 x 26mm 156 engr 10.5
708a 2c green 20 x 26mm none engr 10.5
708 and 708a imprint: OFICINA IMPRESORA DE HACIENDA-MEXICO

730 2c dull green 17.5 x 21mm 156 photo 14
785 2c dull green 17.5 x 21mm 272 photo 14
838 2c dark green 17.5 x 21mm 279 photo 14

edited to add imprint information

You can exclude #708 and #708a as the imprint is wrong for those.

Hi nigel

Thanks. I forget about the imprint even though I have it in my reference tables.
