Stamp Fulfillment is only by phone? I can't find a website. How do you see what material they have? Is there a mailing list?

Thanks.

Better still, download a copy of USA Philatelic at this link that will guide you through all of the products available for sale. Unfortunately, their website is not very good at dealing with varieties and phone orders usually accomplish more than those done via the web since you can request specific items not necessarily listed on-line:

You can't buy the stamps, but check out http://www.beyondtheperf.com/ for good and timely information on new issues and other topics. You can also subscribe to a regular email version

Thanks for this information. I'm also trying to work out how to order from the Kansas City place that will sell one stamp instead of 4 at a time?

USPS policy from Stamp Fulfillment Services is that single stamps will only be sold in face value denominations of $1 or greater. Most smaller denomination stamps must be purchased in blocks of 4 (minimum). Coil stamps of 3000 or 10,000 can be purchased (usually) in strips of 25 for collectors convenience. Coils of 100 and Booklet Panes must be purchased in their entirety are not available individually.

The only exceptions I know of is for year sets, subscriptions to new issues, and collector books where single stamps are often included in the price.

You can pay a $2.00 custom custom cutting fee per order and then order anything you want. I did this with my last order. You can only do the custom cutting fee over the phone. They only thing they won't custom cut are coil stamps. Those you still have to buy 25 of minimum, which annoys me.
