US Post Offices Proposed For Reduced Hours

Has anyone taken a hard look at the thousands of post offices on this list and the proposed reduction in hours that will occur? Some (many) post offices in small rural towns will only be open a mere 2 hours a day--which hardly seems worth the effort of keeping them open.
