A Fox News "Undercover" story that hit the headlines in Massachusetts today:

Almost certainly not isolated to Massachusetts, but this one example suggests that there are probably similar occurrences have happened all over the country.

It makes you cringe to think of all that wasted money!

It's always refreshing to hear Members of the U.S. Congress talk about fiscal responsibility -- it would be even better if they could put the concept into practice.
