In the era of peel off stamps IMPERFS seem to be called DIE CUT errors because the "perfs" are not really perfs but simply cuts. I have stamps that appear to have the perf-looking cuts- from the front, but they are not cut all the way so that they will not separate. 1) What do I call these? 2) Where can I find info on other stamps like this? 3) Would this be an error?

Welcome to the stamp community, egwbatyahoo!

I would call them shallow cuts. There doesn't seem to be much written on these. I would not consider them errors because a production step was not missing but quality control was lacking. So I would call them freaks. Since they are not very dramatic freaks, I would expect little premium for them.
