No Scott's book at the Library, gonna have to pick up a copy. It's a hobby and hobbies cost money so be it. In the mean time I have been trying to ID this one. There are a few variations. It's not Pref on one side.I purchased it at a stamp show when I was 9 years old. Again thank you for the help.

Most likely a #147 as I can't see a grill or any noticeable secret mark.

You can get Scott catalogs online fairly reasonably if you're OK with it not being current. I usually get mine 2-3 years old for less than half what they are new. The information on the older issues rarely changes much and I usually don't need a lot of help with the newer ones.
