Image from left to right #1-Scott # 319,#2- 319(x)? [not sure color is lighter than the #1-319] , #3-#320

There also seems to be some marks on the 1st stamp that are not on the others:

Am I right with this?

There is a mark below the "T" in the lower left of the stamp. More specifically a "bump" is on the thin inner line just inside the thicker edge of the design of the border on Die I. (#319a, #319b & #319g) and no "bump" on Die II. (#319c, #319f, #319h & #319i)

The mark you show on the face of Washington is most likely either a once off printing error or a marr on the face of the stamp. hard to tell from the scan.

EDIT: bettered the description

I would also like to add that this is one of my favorite stamps! I am enamored with the "Series 1902" issues and was fascinated to find out that this particular stamp was the original design of the 2˘ denomination for that series but was "scorned" because it wasn't as ornamental as the rest and decided that that a more befitting design be given to our favorite Founding Father- George Washington. In fact if anyone knows more about this topic I'd love to hear it!

Series 1902 is my favorite series as well.
The right balance of classic and 20th century, and just a beautiful set.

My vote is #3 is not SC320 but rather a SC319 with a scissors haircut.

I disagree.
The margins are so tight on those that any trimming would not have any margins left.
Especially on that left side with the next frame line exposed.

Here is the first stamp I don't see any "bumps around the "T"

No secret mark there but You do have a little extra inking on the outer frame as an very small EFO, or over inking. Nothing big there just a bit of interest added to the stamp.
