The scans you provided are not actually stamps, but more accurately described as labels. Stamp collectors often refer to them as "cinderellas" or "poster stamps", in that they serve no postal use, but yet are perforated and gummed for inclusion in the introductory section(s) of a stamp album.
They were usually available only in a set of all of the US Presidents and were produced by HE Harris & Co. (now a division of Whitman Publishing). Back in the day, the set used to cost under $1; nowadays they are $3 or $4 for a version of similar labels that have been a bit modernized in appearance in recent years. In any case, they have no philatelic value other than the fact that they are very colorful, which was especially pleasing to a child or novice collector.
