My # 568 Question

I think this is a #568 however there is a #568b with vertical impref.
could this be a used #568b? OR is this the end stamp (corner) from a sheet?
There is also a #568c 10 pref. on top which it's not.
I could be totally wrong and it's a #699

I provided a scan of the front and back.

Correct!

These were printed in sheets of 400, cut into sheets of 100, then perforated. This stamp is likely from the lower, right corner from the upper, left sheet of 100.

Yes, these were printed from 400 Subject plates and as stated above yours is from 2 cut lines.
568 = Perf 11
699 = Perf 10.5
