How can I quote a post when I'm replying to a topic? For example, sometimes I want to reply to one of the replies, not the original post, or I want to add to what another poster has already said. Most forums have a button under each post to use when quoting, but this one doesn't seem to.

On the toolbar that apepars when you click "reply to topic", there is an icon near the far right (second from end) that says "Insert quote" when you mouse over it.
It will pop-up "[quote /quote]"
Place the text in-between the brackets, and you will have your quote.
When you reply to a topic, cut and paste your quote into the text box. Highlight that quote then click the 'quote' button above second from the right, as pictured below.
