Anyone have experience ordering POD books?
POD=Print on demand.

Seen a few books I'd like, free shipping to Australia
Are all the images black and white?
Print / book quality ?

Any information soaked up.

No Zee,
re productions of Stamp Magazines and books from
the 1920's, also some modern philatelic books,
able to be purchased "on demand", when they receive your order,
they print the book.
I am curiious as to quality, and image status.

Interesting Russ,
same applies to John Luff's "what philately teaches"
that is $24 if I recall.
Appreciate your heads up, there is a case for
wanting hard copy for some cases, I believe,
The one I was looking at was Philatelic chemistry, but darned if I can
find that again.

Why not treat yourself to the originals?

Zee, the Chemistry edition was not available in original,
POD only, hence my query.
Not withstanding, it is the quality of the information
not how it arrives that would be of interest,
I would choose original over POD, however if there were a significant price difference, then I'd make a judgement call.
