I believe that this is a #7 but since it is cut close on bottom right I can't see if it has balls or not at the bottom of right plume. The design on the left side appears to be ever so slightly trimmed. Am I correct?

I would say it is. The scroll work at the bottom left corner has some white space below it, showing where the missing bits would be.

Thanks guys. I was pretty sure it was a 7 The bottom left which has some of the edges of the design trimmed was my clue and now you both have confirmed my opinion. I frequently consult www.theswedishtiger.com to ID these. The #7 there shows the exact same incomplete edges on the lower left side even though the site says a #7 "... is complete on both sides". BTW, that's a super nice #7 stallzer.
